A Brookwood Hills Pavilion

Our client came to us with the idea for a pavilion that could also function as a carport. Our solution was to incorporate the style of the brick columns that are present at the back wall of the property as the supporting structure. In order to keep the clear span at the carport level, we needed to use steel beems and heavy timbers. Since everything was going to be open to the elements, we decided to allow all of the compoents to be exposed which required intricate detailing at all of the hidden connections. This successful solution was due to the great teamwork of the entire team who were involved in the project.
